FAQ

What is White Roofing’s warranty?
We offer a five year worksmanship warranty, though we are almost always willing to fix minor problems after five years free of charge.
When do I pay for my roof work if I choose White Roofing?
We do not require any down payment. Payment is due upon full completion of the job.
Can you help make sure my insurance adjustment is correct?
In our many encounters with different insurance adjusters, we have occasionally found errors in the roof measurements along with omissions of city and county building code specifics such as edge metal, moisture/ ice barrier and current quality of layers on your roof to name a few. If you are considering hiring White Roofing Inc., we will be happy to review your insurance adjustment to insure all of your roofing and gutter dollars are accounted for. Should there be any descrepancies between our estimate and your insurance adjustment, we will be happy to work with your insurance adjuster. They are usually very receptive to any changes that need to be made on items they may have missed. We offer this service in order to maximize the quality of your roof.
When is the best time to put on a new roof?
In either the dead of winter or mid-summer, Colorado’s weather can change at the drop of a hat. Summer rain can be more detrimental to an open roof than snow. Choosing a contractor that will make sure your roof is dryed in before they leave the jobsite and won’t flee when the unexpected happens is far more productive than trying to predict the weather.
How can I get samples of roofing products?
There are a few ways to find out what your options are in order to make a decision as to what product to put on your roof. First of all, you can check our product lines page to browse different manufacturers websites. Our salesmen are also happy to deliver samples to you if you have an idea of the type of product you are interested in. Lastly, feel free upon appointment to visit our office at 1408 W. Quincy Ave. in Englewood or our suppier, Statewide Wholesale at 1205 South Platte River Drive in Denver, to check out a complete selection of product samples.
Can I cover over my existing roof?
Some cities and counties in the denver-metro area will still allow by code to cover over 1 layer of 3-tab shingles. Even though this may be allowed in your area, we do not recommend it as covering over existing shingles can lessen the integrity of the newly installed roof.
Can I have concrete tile installed on my roof?
White Roofing Inc. works closely with a stuctural engineer before re-roofing with concrete tile. Because of the added weight, it is important that the homes structural integrity is verified.
